What to send

Rule corrections — highest priority. If a figure on this site disagrees with an official source, send the figure, the page, and the official document it should match (regulation number, circular, or official link). Corrections are made in the rule file itself, so the fix propagates to every calculator and table at once, and the verification date on the Methodology page is re-stamped.

"Your calculator disagrees with my payslip." Before writing, run the relevant tool once more with your exact status and settings — in Indonesia, check the December mode and the BPJS bearer settings; in Pakistan, run the Payslip Checker, which exists precisely to identify which rule variant your payslip follows. If the gap survives that, send the anonymised figures (gross, each deduction line, no name or employer) and we will work through the arithmetic with you.

Everything else. Feature requests, broken pages, and language corrections in the Bahasa Indonesia content are all welcome. GajiPas does not offer individual tax advice and cannot intervene with an employer or a tax office — for those, a local tax consultant or your payroll department is the right channel.
